The Consitution of Moorogaabey Development Organisation was adopted on 10 May 2004 but registrated in England and gained local, national and international charity status on 08/05/2006

Moorogaabey aims to make change in supporting and and facilitating:

1. The relief of financial hardship amongst the those granted refugee status  and their dependant living temporarily or permanently in the United Kingdom.

2. To preserve and project the physical and mental health of those granted refugee status and their dependants.

3. to advance the education and training of those granted refugee status and their dependants in need thereof so as to to advance them in the life and assist them to adapt the with the new community.

4. The provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of those those person who has need or such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social economic.

5. The relief of unemployment of those granted refugee status and those seeking asylum in the United Kingdom by the provision of vocational and skills training, advice and information and support.

6. The relief of poverty and sickness and the preservation and protecton of good health in South West of Somali in particularly but not exclusively the Bay and Bakol regions of Somalia.
